Once upon a time in the quaint town of Shiversville, lived a pumpkin farmer named Jack. On Halloween, Jack loved to carve pumpkins into ghoulish faces that were so scary even he’d jump! This year, Jack carved a particularly frightful pumpkin that won him the “Scariest Pumpkin Contest”.
That night, as Jack trotted home beneath the full moon, the chilling wind whispered, “Beware of the wicked pumpkin.” Unfazed, Jack laughed it off. The wind was always full of mischief on Halloween.
At home, Jack placed his monstrous pumpkin on the windowsill, its grinning face eerily lit by the moon. Suddenly, the pumpkin’s eyes glowed a gross green! Then it swung around, baring teeth that weren’t there before. Horrified, Jack ran for his life!
Outside in safety, Jack tripped over a stray stone and tumbled into his field of pumpkins. Just then, a voice boomed, “Jack, your pants are on fire!” It was the wicked pumpkin, literally lit up in laughter! Turns out, he just had a “flaming” desire to play a trick on Jack, teaching him a hilarious yet spooky Halloween lesson!
In the end, guess who had the last laugh? “Hey Jack,” the pumpkin roared, “Own the scare, or become the pun-king!”
