On a stormy Halloween night, in the heart of an ancient town, lay a creepy old mansion known as “The Phantom House”. Legend had it, every Halloween, the mansion sprung alive, hosting a ball for the underworld. This year, thrill-seeker Benny decided he would brave its mysterious charm.
Benny painstakingly clad himself in a ghost outfit, hoping the mansion’s “guests” might mistake him for one of their own. As midnight struck, the mansion’s front doors creaked open, and Benny, cloaked in his ghostly attire, stepped in.
The mansion was teeming with eerie specters, each more grotesque than the last. He was instantly surrounded by dancing apparitions who accepted Benny as one of their own. Throughout the night, he mingled, danced, and even gambled with a ghoulish pack of poker-playing poltergeists.
As dawn approached, the partygoers started to vanish one by one. Benny braced himself, but nothing happened. His heart pounding, he removed his ghostly disguise. To his shock, the mansion was empty, his night of fright, nothing but a trick of the shadows.
