“The Mischievous Haunting of Miller Mansion: A Halloween Prank to Remember”

On a chilly Halloween night in the little town of Windsworth, a group of children decided to visit the long-abandoned Miller Mansion. Rumor had it that it was haunted by the former owner Abraham Miller, who had met an unfortunate end.

The bravest among them, a boy named Jeremy, led the way. He pushed the creaky gate open and they ventured in. The mansion looked intimidating, but they were determined. They boldly wandered through every room, teasing each other with spooky noises.

After exploring a while, they suddenly heard an eerie voice, “Who dares disrupt my solitude?” followed by a sinister laugh. Panicked, they frantically tried to find a way out, all their bravado gone.

Just as they reached the main door, they saw a figure draped in white coming towards them. There was Abraham Miller himself, or so they thought. The figure took off the sheet and who was it but Jeremy, smirking at their scared faces.

All the kids stood in shock. Jeremy revealing he’d devised the entire ‘ghost’ encounter, couldn’t contain his laughter. “Got you!” he winked, leaving everyone shaking their heads in disbelief.

This Halloween came with an extra dose of trick and an unforgettable memory of the most ridiculous scare in the history of Windsworth.
