Once upon a spooky Halloween night, in a quiet town called Pumpkin Hollow, there lived a mischievous yet endearing old ghost named George. He was well known for his playful antics, flying around in a rickety old broomstick and hiding children’s sweets.
George, however, wasn’t a typical ghost; he had a peculiar quirk. Every Halloween, George lost his invisibility – becoming as viewable as you or me. The locals embraced this glitch, regarding the visible spirit as a festive tradition.
On this particular Halloween, a bright-eyed boy named Timmy decided that he wanted to capture George, giving the townsfolk a yearlong visible ghost. With a spirit-capturing machine he’d engineered in his garage, Timmy was confident in his plan.
As the clock struck the witching hour, George emerged and Timmy activated his machine. Beams of light shot out, but instead of capturing George, it rebounded – making Timmy the visible ghostly figure.
On Halloween nights since then, it’s not only George you’ll see flying, but a smiling, phantom-Timmy too, celebrating Halloween alongside everyone in Pumpkin Hollow. The surprise was, it seems, on Halloween, anyone can become a ghost!
